Raw Vegan Teriyaki Sauce Recipe

Teriyaki sauce is one of my favorites.

I love it slightly sweet and I have put this recipe together with no bad sugars and no fructose. Fructose becomes belly fat almost instantly so we must stay away from it.

This amazing sauce goes great with seafood, my Egyptian Koshary (especially¬†if you don’t want garlic breathe) and all meats. Always have some in a jar in your fridge.

  • 3 tbsp Yacon Syrup
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 3 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp mashed garlic
  • 1 tsp grated white onion
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp raw sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp walnut oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Was a fat kid and major geek.. still am a geek, but now I have learned the truth about health and it is pretty much the exact opposite of what your doctor will tell you it is. Time to go old school and level up our health by focusing on gaining not losing. Gaining strength, knowledge and confidence. The weight loss will come easily.
